ROLE DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a
Customer Relationship Manager
to own and strengthen the relationship between PEPR and its customers.

This role goes beyond simply answering queries, you’ll help build a customer experience that feels personal, responsive and aligned with the brand.

You’ll work on:
Managing customer queries across WhatsApp, email, social media and other channels
Ensuring timely and thoughtful responses to customers
Handling questions around products, sizing, orders, shipping, returns and exchanges
Understanding customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently
Maintaining a explicit record of customer interactions and feedback
Identifying recurring customer concerns and sharing insights with the wider team




Working with the operations and marketing teams to improve the overall customer journey
Helping build long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty
Identifying opportunities for repeat purchases, retention and engagement
Ensuring every customer interaction reflects PEPR’s tone and values

QUALIFICATIONS
1–3 years of experience in customer relations, customer success, CRM, eCommerce or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication
Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Comfortable handling multiple conversations and queries simultaneously
Robust attention to detail and follow-through
Understanding of eCommerce and D2C customer journeys is a plus
Experience with CRM, helpdesk or customer-support tools is a plus
Ability to communicate with empathy while maintaining professionalism
