Sales Staff – Job Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

* Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable footwear and the correct size.

* Understand customer requirements and provide helpful product suggestions.

* Handle customer queries politely and assist in completing sales.

* Inform customers about recent arrivals, offers, and available products.

* Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain valuable customer relationships.

Store Maintenance

* Keep the shop, sales floor, shelves, seating area, and display sections clean and organised.

* Arrange footwear and boxes properly according to size, type, category, and brand.

* Ensure all products are clean, properly tagged,



and neatly displayed.

* Maintain an attractive and well-presented shop throughout the day.

Stock & Daily Shop Activities

* Check product and size availability and report low-stock items when required.

* Assist with basic stock counting and inventory activities.

* Ensure footwear boxes are properly arranged and easy to locate.

* Support other day-to-day activities required for the smooth running of the shop.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
