Role Description
The Planning Engineer role at ONE Group Developers is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with project teams, and monitoring progress against planned timelines. Daily tasks include analyzing project data, preparing progress reports, supporting production planning,



and identifying potential delays or risks with recommended corrective actions. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, construction, and management teams to ensure project control, resource optimization, and adherence to quality and safety standards. The Planning Engineer will also participate in meetings, communicate status updates, and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Planning and Production Planning skills to develop, update, and optimize project schedules and resource allocation.
