Role Description
This is a full time, in office Account Manager role based in Rohini. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of business clients, serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding, service delivery,



and ongoing relationship management. Responsibilities include understanding client communication needs, proposing suitable Go2Market products, coordinating with internal technical and support teams, and ensuring timely resolution of client issues. The role involves monitoring account performance and usage, preparing reports, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting contract renewals. The Account Manager will also gather client feedback, contribute to service improvements, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools while meeting defined customer satisfaction and retention targets.

Qualifications
Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and conflict resolution.
