Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to manage the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of technical and facility systems at the client site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the secure, reliable and efficient functioning of electrical, mechanical, MEP and ELV/security systems.
Key Responsibilities
● Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, MEP and ELV systems.
● Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical faults or unsafe conditions.
● Handle technical complaints and first-level troubleshooting.
● Plan and ensure completion of preventive maintenance activities.
● Coordinate technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and other technical staff.
● Manage equipment breakdowns and coordinate with vendors/contractors for timely resolution.
● Monitor and support systems such as CCTV, Access Control, UPS, DG Sets, HVAC, pumps, plumbing and fire-fighting systems.
● Coordinate with Security and Housekeeping teams for smooth facility operations.
