Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Ecommerce Specialist role based in Delhi. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize product listings across online marketplaces and the company’s ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate information, compelling descriptions, and timely updates. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, tracking key metrics, and using data insights to improve conversions, pricing, and promotions.



The role involves coordinating with customer service to resolve order-related issues, maintaining solid relationships with marketplace partners, and supporting online campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. The specialist will also assist with inventory coordination for online channels, ensuring stock accuracy and smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications
Robust Ecommerce and Sales skills, including experience managing online marketplaces and driving revenue through digital channels.
Solid Analytical Skills for tracking performance metrics, interpreting data, and making data-informed decisions to optimize online sales.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle queries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain positive relationships with online partners and customers.
