Role Description
The Area Sales Manager role at Tilara India is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru.



The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned territory, managing key accounts, and developing robust relationships with distributors, dealers, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales visits and product presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely order execution and collections. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to internal teams, and collaborating with marketing and operations to support regional growth. The Area Sales Manager will prepare regular sales reports, maintain an accurate sales pipeline, and uphold Tilara’s standards of customer service and brand representation.
