Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic, driven, and result-oriented professionals to join the Real Estate Sales Team at Moneytree Realty Services Limited across Bangalore, Pune, and Gurugram.

Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales are encouraged to apply. The prospect is open for professionals looking to grow their careers in Real Estate Sales, B2C Sales, Business Development, and Team Handling, with openings up to the Team Leader (TL) level.

Key Responsibilities
Generate, manage, and follow up on leads through calls, references, digital leads, and other sources.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
Conduct property presentations and arrange/coordinate site visits.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visit and deal closure.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property transactions.




Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards team targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a strong customer experience.
Keep updated on current real estate projects, pricing, market trends, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales performance.

Team Leader Responsibilities

Manage, guide, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
Drive the team towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
Assist the team in negotiations and deal closures.
Identify recent business opportunities and improve lead-generation channels.
