Onlee Agency is growing! We craft custom, high-impact websites for startups, SMEs, and global brands. We are expanding our Rajkot team and looking for a proactive, sharp Project Coordinator to join us on-site to deliver flawless projects and build strong client relationships.

What You'll Do

n

n
Serve as the primary client contact from kickoff through launch.
n
Partner with designers, developers, and QA teams to keep projects on track and within scope.
n
Create and update project timelines, task boards, and reports using Asana or Trello.
n
Translate client feedback and requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
n
Host kickoff calls, weekly check-ins, and review sessions with global and Indian clients.
n
Flag risks early, solve roadblocks quick, and assist with post-launch handovers.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Experience: 1–2 years in project coordination,



client servicing, or digital agencies.
n
Location: In office full-time at our Rajkot office.
n
Language: Fluent spoken and written English.
n
Tools: Comfort with project tools (Asana, Trello, Google Sheets).
n
Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
n
Bonus: Basic knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, Figma, or hosting.
n
Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream or relevant certification.
n
