Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:
* Providing engineering and production support for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC), including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and defect remediation
* Troubleshooting provisioning, aggregation, certifications, workflows, rules, connectors, and integration issues across Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Azure Active Directory, databases, and enterprise applications
* Performing configuration updates, enhancements, production fixes, patching, upgrade support, and custom development using workflows, scripts, application programming interfaces (APIs), and integrations
* Supporting identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML),



access requests, role-based access control (RBAC), access certifications, and change execution in line with governance processes
* Preparing operational documentation, audit evidence, key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards, service reports, ad hoc database queries, and technical guidance for support teams and stakeholders
