Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Sourcing Specialist based in the Pune Division. The Sourcing Specialist will identify, evaluate,



and onboard reliable suppliers and service providers that align with the company’s quality, cost, and delivery standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing supplier capabilities, managing Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and supporting contract negotiation to secure favorable terms. The role involves close collaboration with procurement, operations, and business development teams to ensure timely sourcing for global trade projects and to support import-export strategies. The Sourcing Specialist will also maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement in sourcing processes.

Qualifications
Solid Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to evaluate suppliers, costs, and market trends.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners across regions.
Experience in Contract Negotiation, including reviewing terms,
