Position: Preschool Coordinator
Reporting To: Center Head

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and growth-oriented Preschool Coordinator who can support the Center Head in managing the day-to-day functioning of the preschool while maintaining high standards of education, parent experience, and 5-star service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Center Head in the smooth academic and operational functioning of the preschool.
Coordinate with teachers to ensure quality teaching, classroom management, student engagement, and curriculum execution.
Maintain high standards of education, discipline, safety, hygiene, and overall preschool experience.
Handle parent queries, concerns, feedback, and communication professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Support the Center Head in admissions, parent counselling, follow-ups, enquiries, and conversion of prospective parents.
Assist in implementing marketing activities, events, campaigns, social media initiatives,



and local promotions to increase admissions and brand visibility.
Build robust relationships with parents and contribute towards parent satisfaction, retention, referrals, and positive word-of-mouth.
Coordinate school events, celebrations, PTMs, activities, and other center-level initiatives.
Monitor daily attendance, records, schedules, and other administrative requirements.
Identify operational or academic issues and escalate them to the Center Head with appropriate solutions.
Ensure all team members follow the preschool's SOPs, service standards, and policies.
Consistently work towards maintaining a 5-star service culture and premium education experience for children and parents.
