Role Description
The Water Treatment Operator is responsible for the daily operation and monitoring of water and wastewater treatment processes at the site. This full-time, on-site role includes operating and adjusting plant equipment, overseeing pump stations, and maintaining process control parameters to ensure safe,



compliant, and productive plant performance. The operator will perform routine sampling and testing, record operational data, and respond to alarms and system issues in a timely manner. The role also involves executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, coordinating with engineering and maintenance teams, and following all safety and environmental guidelines. The Water Treatment Operator will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support audits and inspections, and help optimize plant operations.

Qualifications
