ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an ambitious Full Stack Software Engineer with 2 to 3 years

of hands-on experience
who actively embraces modern AI-assisted

development workflows. In this role, you will work across our entire modern

web & AI stack—building interactive user interfaces, asynchronous backend

services, and vector-backed RAG workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI-Accelerated Feature Building:

Use AI coding tools (specifically
Cursor

,

Copilot, and Claude/ChatGPT) daily to write, refactor, and test clean code

across frontend and backend modules.

Frontend Development:
Build responsive, contemporary UI components using

React
,
Vite
,
Tailwind CSS
, and
Shadcn UI
following design specifications.

Backend & API Engineering:
Construct high-performance async REST APIs

in
Python
using
FastAPI
and manage relational data with
PostgreSQL
.

RAG & AI Workflows:
Assist in implementing RAG and LLM chains using





LangChain

,
GPT-4o-mini

,
Qdrant

(in-memory), and
fastembed

for vector

embeddings.

Observability & Debugging:
Utilize
LangSmith
tracing to monitor, debug,

and refine LLM prompts and chain execution paths.

Code Verification:
Critically review, test, and debug all AI-assisted code

before submitting pull requests to ensure security, accuracy, and

performance.

AWS Deployment Support:
Assist senior engineers in containerizing and

deploying applications to
AWS
infrastructure.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Experience Level:
2 to 3 years of hands-on professional software

development experience in a team environment.

AI Tooling Habits:
Active, daily experience using
Cursor
(or similar AI-native

IDEs like Windsurf), GitHub Copilot, or LLM interfaces to assist in coding,

debugging, and drafting documentation.

Frontend Proficiency:
Good practical knowledge of contemporary
React
(hooks,

state management),
Vite
