Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Varanasi. The Salesperson will engage with residential and commercial customers to understand their energy requirements, explain solar solutions, and recommend suitable products and services.



Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting customer visits and presentations, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role involves coordinating with technical and installation teams to ensure accurate system proposals and smooth project execution. The Salesperson will also maintain customer relationships, address inquiries, support after-sales service, and provide feedback from the market to improve offerings.

Qualifications
Solid customer-facing skills, including communication, active listening, and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a target-driven setting.
Basic understanding of solar or electrical products, or willingness to learn quickly about solar technology and industry trends.
