Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in RTR.
Solid US GAAP knowledge and ability to translate concept to practice including interpretation of proposed transactions for compliance/appropriateness
Journal processing
Month end activities/tasks responsibility
Fixed Assets accounting
Accruals & provisions
Financials preparation
Inventory accounting, etc.,
Consolidation reporting using HFM tool
Balance sheet reconciliations
Familiarity with finance, procurement, and manufacturing processes,
including budgeting, cost management, and supply chain optimization, to support business efficiency and
strategic decision-making is a plus.
Solid written and verbal communication – ability to communicate to all levels in the organization both within and outside of the accounting and finance function
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
