Job Description

We are looking for an
Assistant Manager – Presales
to support our Product team in customer-facing activities and help drive product adoption and business prospects.

The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting and demonstrating our products, preparing proposals and RFP responses, supporting PoCs, and working closely with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to provide the right solution to customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with an interest in FinTech and technology products.

Roles & Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements, business processes, pain points, and challenges.
Work closely with the Product team to identify and propose suitable product solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and solution walkthroughs for customers.
Prepare customer-specific presentations,



use cases, workflows, proposals, and solution documents.
Coordinate with Product and Technology teams to address customer requirements, integrations, APIs, and technical queries.
Support customer PoCs, pilot projects, product evaluations, and implementation discussions.
Participate in customer meetings and explain product capabilities, advantages, use cases, and business value.
Track market trends and competitor offerings across FinTech, Banking, NBFC, RegTech, Digital KYC, Compliance, Payments, and AI.
Capture customer feedback and requirements and share insights with the Product team for product improvement and roadmap planning.
Maintain and continuously improve product demos, pitch decks, FAQs, case studies, and other sales enablement materials.
