Role Description
The Sales and Service Specialist is a full time, in office role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role involves engaging with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements for pharmaceutical machine parts and services, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The specialist will coordinate and schedule service visits, support basic service-related queries,



and ensure timely communication between customers and internal technical teams. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, tracking service contracts, providing product and service information, and supporting training or demonstrations for clients as needed. The role also includes collaborating with sales management to achieve revenue targets and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for transparent interaction with customers and internal teams.
Proven Customer Service experience in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships.
Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals.
Experience in Training customers or colleagues on product features, service processes, or usage best practices.
Exposure to Sales Management activities such as pipeline tracking, reporting, and supporting
