Role Overview
We are looking for a Consulting Associate to work closely on organisational development, governance design, and HR structuring engagements.
You will work directly with leadership and internal teams to:
Translate complex discussions into structured outputs
Anchor specific workstreams
Ensure clarity and follow-through across stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
Translating Thinking into Structure
Convert ambiguous ideas into:
Organisation structures
Governance frameworks
Role definitions and HR systems
Develop transparent, implementable outputs from discussions
Anchoring OD & Governance Workstreams
Own 1–2 workstreams end-to-end:
Diagnosis
Design
Documentation
Iteration
Work on live institutional projects (e.g., Veerayatan and similar engagements)
Building Backend Rigor
Create high-quality:
Meeting notes
Reports and decks
Trackers and dashboards
Maintain clarity on decisions, tim
