Role Description




This is a full time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Pratapgarh, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, set sales targets, and monitor performance to drive growth in Bajaj Life’s insurance products across the local market. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, building and managing relationships with customers and distribution partners, and ensuring excellent service and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves analyzing sales data, preparing regular performance reports, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and optimize the customer journey. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coaching team members, conducting training sessions, and supporting their career development to achieve individual and team objectives.
