Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for Site Engineers & Architects based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and project teams, and ensuring that construction work aligns with design specifications and safety standards.



Responsibilities include monitoring structural and civil works, tendering, estimation, billing, conducting regular quality checks, reviewing drawings, and resolving in office technical issues. The position requires close collaboration with design teams to implement architectural and interior concepts, track project timelines, and support resource planning. The role also includes documentation of site progress, clear communication with stakeholders, and proactive identification of risks or delays.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong on-site industrial, healthcare, hospitality & commercial execution and coordination skills, with experience managing daily construction activities. Should have sound knowledge of tendering, estimation & billing. Must be able to handle sites independently.
