Khandaani is a design house reinterpreting India’s textiles, architecture and material culture into modern clothing.
We’re building a brand that is more than just clothes, the way we shoot, write, communicate, collaborate and present the work is as important as the products themselves.
The Role
This isn’t a role where you’ll be given a fixed list of things to execute.
As a Creative & Brand Direction Intern, you’ll help shape how Khandaani shows up everywhere — from shoots and campaigns to content, collaborations and brand communication.
You’ll work directly with the founder on creative direction, positioning and taste, and have a say in how ideas actually come together.
You might look at a campaign concept one day, work on a shoot the next, help shape a collaboration, or question why a piece of content doesn’t feel like Khandaani.
The role is intentionally broad because we don’t want you working in just one creative lane.

Who We’re Looking For
You don’t necessarily need the strongest résumé. We’re looking for someone with real taste and a robust point of view.
You might be a good fit if:
You can tell the difference between something that simply looks positive and something that
