Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Purchase Manager role based in Jaipur. The Purchase Manager will oversee the end-to-end procurement cycle for solar EPC projects, including vendor identification, evaluation, and selection for materials such as PV modules, inverters, structures, and electrical components. The role involves negotiating contracts, managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries,



and ensuring timely availability of materials within budget and quality standards. The Purchase Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and finance teams to align procurement with project schedules and technical specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining vendor databases, monitoring market prices, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications
Procurement and supply chain skills, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, purchase order management, and contract administration.
Project coordination and planning abilities to align purchasing activities with EPC project timelines, technical requirements, and cost targets.
Analytical and financial skills, such as cost analysis, budgeting, price benchmarking, and basic financial reporting related to purchases.
