Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer cum Graphic Designer who can conceptualise and execute high-quality visual content for social media, digital marketing, brand communication and print.

This is primarily a video and motion-focused role, with graphic-design

responsibilities as an important part of the position.

A significant part of the work will involve:

Reels, short-form videos, video editing, motion graphics, text animation,

product videos and social-media content. The selected candidate will work closely with the management and marketing team and will gradually take ownership of Atulyash's day-to-day visual communication.

What We Are Looking For

The candidate should have:
Strong video-editing capability.
Positive understanding of motion graphics and animation.
Strong creative and visual sense.
Ability to translate a brief or script into engaging visual output.
Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form content formats.
Good sense of typography, layout,



composition and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create premium-looking content rather than template-driven designs.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments.
Openness to feedback and ability to execute revisions quickly.
Solid attention to detail.
Ability to maintain consistency in a brand's visual language over time.

Software Skills

Robust working knowledge of:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Photoshop

Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is desirable.

Knowledge of AI-based image and video creation/editing tools will be an added advantage.

However, AI-tool knowledge alone will not substitute for strong fundamentals in video editing, motion graphics and design.

Important

We are specifically looking for someone who is strong in video editing and motion graphics and can also handle graphic-design requirements.
