Auro Realty Private Limited is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Manager Legal to manage real estate legal matters, high-value transactions, contractual documentation, regulatory compliance, and litigation coordination. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in real estate laws, contract drafting, negotiation, and title document review.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize high-value real estate transaction documents, including:
Agreements to Sell
Sale Deeds
Lease Deeds
Powers of Attorney
Development Agreements
Other real estate-related contracts and legal documents.
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), procurement contracts, service provider agreements, and other commercial contracts.
Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external legal counsel to manage litigation and post-project legal issues, ensuring timely resolution and smooth functioning of projects.




Conduct preliminary reviews of real estate title documents to identify potential legal risks, discrepancies, and title-related concerns.
Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on real estate transactions, contracts, and regulatory matters.
Support the business and project teams in identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with real estate operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
10+ years of relevant professional experience in real estate legal matters.
Solid expertise in real estate transaction documentation, contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
Knowledge of real estate regulatory compliance and applicable legal frameworks.
Experience in title document review and preliminary legal due diligence.
Robust litigation coordination and external counsel management skills.
