Role Description
The Social Media Manager role is a full time hybrid position based in Bhiwandi, with some flexibility for work-from-home. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTUBE , X and others relevant to the brand.



Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts, writing compelling copy, coordinating visual assets, and ensuring consistent messaging. The Social Media Manager will monitor performance metrics, manage community engagement through comments and messages, and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback. Collaboration with marketing, design, and product teams is expected to align social media activities with broader branding and promotional objectives.

Qualifications
Solid Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
Excellent Communication and Writing abilities to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
Proficiency in Content Strategy, including planning calendars, defining objectives, and aligning content with marketing goals.
