Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at site as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, architects, and consultants for smooth execution of works.
Check quality of materials and workmanship and ensure construction is carried out as per required standards.
Read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings, and coordinate site requirements accordingly.
Monitor work progress, measurements, quantities, and material requirements and maintain proper site records.
Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Identify and resolve site issues, discrepancies, and technical problems in coordination with the project team.
Maintain daily progress reports, material records, labour details, measurements, and other required site documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
