Core Responsibilities

● Strategic Brand & Product Architecture: Execute brand identity systems, product

visual design, responsive typography scales, and UI design tokens across current

educational products and group ventures.

● Omnichannel Communication Systems: Design modular visual layouts, templates, and

high-converting formats for Email Marketing, WhatsApp Campaigns, and digital

communication channels.

● UI/UX & Digital Product Thinking: Apply solid UI/UX design principles,

component-driven design systems, and product thinking to craft intuitive user journeys for

digital portals, admission flows, and interactive brand touchpoints.

● Design Automation & Accessible Systems: Architect automated design frameworks,

self-serve templates, and streamlined visual pipelines for students, institutional partners,

and internal teams—ensuring high accessibility and speed.

● Cross-Departmental Efficiency & Enterprise Tools: Leverage enterprise project

management tools and internal workflow automation platforms to rapid-track creative

approvals, optimize team bandwidth,



and ensure cross-functional alignment.

● MarCom Team Direction: Mentor and lead an in-house design unit within MarCom

Department, establishing high agency-grade creative standards and operational SOPs.

● Node-Based AI Pipeline Architecture: Build and manage custom node-based AI

workflows (ComfyUI / ControlNet / Magnific AI) for photorealistic visual generation without

synthetic artifacts.

● High-Stakes Print & Product Collaterals: Direct the creative execution of admission

prospectuses, coffee-table books, press kits, orientation packs, and architectural outdoor

media, printing & vendor management

Requirements & Preferred Background

● Technical Expertise & Tooling: Deep technical command over contemporary design stacks,

design tokens, automated design systems, generative AI, and enterprise-level project

management/collaboration tools (Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, or similar).
