Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role

STRONGHOLD is looking for a dedicated Civil Site Engineer to manage the execution of interior and exterior projects. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of handling day-to-day site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise interior and exterior site execution.

* Manage labour attendance, deployment, and daily records.

* Handle material planning, stock, and site inventory.

* Prepare measurement sheets and quantity calculations.

* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients.

* Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.

* Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.

Eligibility

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience

* 1–3 years of site experience preferred (Freshers with practical knowledge may also apply).

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.

* Positive communication and site management skills.
