Role Description
This is a full time, in office Human Resources Generalist role based in Jaipur. The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting performance management processes. The role involves administering employee benefits, assisting with payroll inputs,



and ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labor regulations. The HR Generalist will support employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating engagement activities, and partnering with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture. The role also includes assisting in recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and supporting HR data reporting and documentation.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.
Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in alignment with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Perks Administration, including enrollment, documentation, and employee communication.
Strong understanding of HR operations such as onboarding, employee records management, and basic payroll coordination.
