Job Summary

Wellcaza Hospital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, proactive, and capable Assistant Manager on Duty to support the management in handling the day-to-day operations of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff, monitoring duties and work activities, supporting management, handling office responsibilities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments under Wellcaza Hospital Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate should have valuable leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with positive knowledge of computer systems and office software.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Monitor staff attendance, duties, work schedules, and overall performance.
Coordinate staffing requirements and ensure proper allocation of duties.
Handle and supervise the day-to-day activities of all departments under Wellcaza Hospital Pvt. Ltd.




Ensure that assigned duties and responsibilities are completed properly and on time.
Act as a point of contact between management and staff.
Assist management in implementing instructions, policies, and operational decisions.
Handle staff-related issues and coordinate with management for appropriate solutions.
Monitor the overall functioning of departments and report operational issues to management.
Assist in maintaining discipline, punctuality, and qualified standards among staff.
Handle office and administrative works as assigned by management.
Prepare, maintain, and organize office records, reports, schedules, and other documentation.
Use computer systems and office software for day-to-day administrative and operational work.
Coordinate communication between different departments.
