HR INTERN Company: EarningRoots Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Internship Experience: Freshers / Students / 0–1 Year Stipend: ₹3,000 per month Performance-Based Incentives About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will get hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance, and day-to-day HR activities. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment and hiring activities.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and campus hiring. Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic communication. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.

Maintain and update employee and candidate records. Assist in joining formalities and documentation. Support attendance and leave management. Assist in preparing HR MIS and daily/weekly reports. Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.

Support employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations. Assist the HR team in implementing company policies and processes. Perform other day-to-day HR and administrative tasks as required.



RequirementsGraduate / pursuing graduation or MBA/PGDM in HR, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
