Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Officer role based in Rajkot for local candidates only. The HR Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding and induction activities.

Responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, preparing and updating job descriptions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards. The role involves fostering positive employee relations, addressing routine employee queries,



coordinating performance management activities, and supporting training and development initiatives. The HR Officer will collaborate closely with management to support workforce planning and contribute to an inclusive and compliant workplace.

Qualifications
Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR operations.
Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Skills in Employee Relations, including handling employee concerns, promoting engagement, and supporting a positive work environment.
Experience in Development, including drafting, reviewing, and updating role profiles in coordination with managers.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance practices relevant to NBFCs or financial services.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in office in Rajkot.
