The Opportunity

We are looking for an
Associate Director / Director – Solution Architecture
to join the Qualified Services organization.

This is a
leadership + hands-on architecture role
for an experienced architect who can lead a team of solution architects while personally driving architecture for complex and strategic customer engagements.

The ideal candidate is an
“architect of architects”
with solid software engineering and programming depth, deep B2B integration expertise, and the ability to design and build applications end to end.

Key Responsibilities

AI, FDE & Up-to-date Architecture
Apply
Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI




patterns to enterprise and supply-chain use cases.
Help build an
FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering)
-driven solution delivery model.
Translate complex customer problems into scalable, production-grade solutions.
Apply expertise in
tool calling, MCP, APIs, enterprise data, and AI agents
to design secure and practical solutions.
Make sound architectural decisions on when to use deterministic software versus AI-driven approaches.

Solution Architecture & Delivery
Engage with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable architectures.
Design end-to-end solutions across
APIs, services, messaging, event-driven systems, data, security, cloud, observability, and deployment
.
Architect complex B2B integrations across trading partners and enterprise systems including
ERP, WMS, TMS, and logistics platforms
.
Apply strong programming and software engineering skills to prototypes, reference implementations, code rev
