Job Description

WEBSTEP Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Business Development (Infrastructure & Networking) to drive revenue growth, acquire strategic enterprise clients, and expand our infrastructure and networking business.

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in IT sales, infrastructure and networking solutions, strategic account management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Recent Client Acquisition
Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients across target industries and geographies.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through direct prospecting, industry networks, partnerships, referrals, events, and market intelligence.




Identify high-value opportunities for IT infrastructure, networking, data centre, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, and related technology solutions.

Strategic Account Management
Develop and manage strategic enterprise accounts to drive long-term revenue growth.
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and position WEBSTEP as a strategic technology partner.
Understand customer business objectives, IT environments, challenges, and future technology requirements.
Develop account plans and maintain regular engagement with key customers to ensure strong account health and retention.

Client Requirement & Solution Mapping
Conduct detailed discovery meetings to understand customer infrastructure, networking, operational, and business requirements.
Translate customer requirements into appropriate technology solutions in collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams.
