Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and responsible Video Content & Business Coordination Executive to join our team.

The primary responsibility will be to shoot, edit and prepare professional business videos for our social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

Along with video content creation, the candidate will work closely with the management and company members, coordinate necessary calls and meetings, assist with day-to-day business communication, and travel with management whenever required for business activities, meetings, events or content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Video & Content Creation
Shoot professional videos using mobile phone/camera.
Record business, product, educational and social-media content.
Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms.
Add captions, music, transitions, graphics and basic effects.
Maintain good video and audio quality.
Understand current social-media video trends and suggest content ideas.
Organize and maintain video files and content.

Business Coordination




Coordinate with company members and management for required activities.
Make and attend business-related calls when necessary.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, visits and follow-ups.
Communicate important information between management and team members.
Assist management with day-to-day business coordination.
Travel with management for meetings, events, business visits and content creation when required.
Support the management in other necessary business activities.

Requirements
Basic to positive knowledge of video shooting and video editing.
Knowledge of applications such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software is preferred.
Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube and Facebook content.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to speak confidently with team members and business contacts.
Willingness to travel with management
