Telesales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused Telesales Executive to generate leads, communicate with prospective customers, promote products/services, and achieve sales targets through telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products, services, offers, and pricing clearly.
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and appointments.




Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales and calling reports.

Requirements
Previous experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Telecalling, or Sales is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Robust verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,887.21 - ₹14,000.00 per month
