Provide direct patient care, including assessment, evaluation, and implementation of nursing interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately and timely.
Collaborate with other healthcare specialists to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
Maintain a safe and clean working setting by adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.
Assist physicians during examinations and procedures as needed.
Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and continuing education programs.
Adhere to legal and ethical standards of nursing practice.
