Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented B2C & B2B marketing skilled who can drive strategic campaigns, generate qualified leads, build referral channels, strengthen market presence, and directly own business driven through marketing. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of B2B & B2C customer behavior, campaign planning, sales alignment, content coordination, and performance tracking.

This role is for someone who can own marketing campaigns from planning to execution and deliver measurable business impact, not just handle day-to-day social media activity.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end B2B & B2C marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
Build campaign strategies focused on lead generation, brand visibility, and pipeline growth
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with business targets
Develop campaign briefs, messaging angles, and content requirements for different audience segments
Coordinate with designers, content writers, agencies, vendors,



and internal teams for campaign execution
Manage LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, landing pages, brochures, presentations, and other campaign assets
Support exhibitions, events, channel partner activities, and on-ground marketing initiatives
Track campaign performance using key metrics such as leads, conversions, CPL, engagement, and ROI
Optimize ongoing campaigns based on performance data and market response
Maintain a structured marketing calendar and ensure timely execution
Contribute to brand communication, product positioning, and demand generation efforts

Required Skills And Qualifications
5 to 7 years of experience in B2B marketing
Solid understanding of campaign planning, execution, and performance marketing
Experience in lead generation and marketing support for sales
Good knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, digital and referral channels
