Job Description – Executive Assistant, POSH & HR Services

Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR Employment Type: Full time Experience: 0–3 years Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; HR, Management, Law, Psychology or related background preferred. About the Role We are looking for a proactive, organised and communication-oriented skilled to support our growing POSH Compliance and HR Advisory Services for corporate clients. The person will work closely with the senior team and assist in client coordination, POSH documentation, HR advisory assignments, training programmes and business development activities. Key Responsibilities POSH Services Coordinate with corporate clients for POSH/IC-related requirements. Maintain records of Internal Committee constitution, appointments, meetings and training. Assist in preparing and maintaining POSH documentation, checklists and compliance trackers. Coordinate POSH awareness and IC training programmes. Maintain annual compliance calendars and follow-up with clients.



Assist the team in organising inquiry-related documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality. Support preparation and compilation of reports, presentations and client documents. HR Services Assist in HR advisory and employee-engagement assignments. Coordinate with clients for HR-related documentation and requirements. Support preparation of HR policies, formats, presentations and reports. Assist in HR projects, surveys, audits and employee initiatives. Client Coordination & Business Development Communicate professionally with HR teams and corporate clients. Schedule meetings, training sessions and follow-ups. Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and service documents. Maintain client database, leads and follow-up trackers. Support networking, corporate outreach and business development activities.
