Role Description
The Tamil Civil Engineer role at Foxscan is a full time, in office position based in Pune City. The engineer will conduct on-site structural assessments of residential properties, with a focus on diagnosing seepage, dampness, and related civil and structural issues using standard civil engineering methods and diagnostic tools.



Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting building elements, recording observations, interpreting thermal imaging and other diagnostic data, and formulating evidence-based conclusions. The engineer will prepare explicit, structured written reports in English and Tamil within defined timelines, explaining findings and recommending appropriate types of remedial actions without engaging in repair work. The role also involves coordinating with homeowners, maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to safety and quality standards, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve diagnostic practices.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply principles to residential structures.
Experience as a Civil Engineer with practical exposure to Planning and site-based assessment of buildings.
