Role Description
The Cluster Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Varanasi, responsible for driving sales growth across an assigned cluster and building solid relationships with clients and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company objectives. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions for Web3 and technology-focused clients,



preparing sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring consistent follow-up and account management. The Cluster Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine cluster-level sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications
Solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
Experience in client relationship management and account management, ideally within financial services, technology, or Web3-related sectors.
Ability to analyze market trends, segment opportunities, and develop cluster-level sales strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting targets and managing multiple accounts.
