LKG & UKG Teacher – Job Description

Position: LKG & UKG Teacher
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 0–3 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; B.Ed./Montessori/Early Childhood Education qualification preferred
Joining: Immediate / As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging lessons suitable for LKG and UKG students.
Teach basic concepts such as English, Maths, General Awareness, phonics, and early writing skills.
Develop students’ communication, social, emotional, and motor skills.
Use play-based, activity-based, and interactive teaching methods.
Maintain a safe, positive, and child-friendly classroom workplace.
Monitor and assess students’ learning and overall development.
Prepare worksheets, activities, classroom displays, and learning materials.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
Maintain classroom records, student portfolios,



and other required documentation.
Participate in school events, activities, and teacher meetings.

Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.
Basic knowledge of phonics and early childhood teaching methods.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
