Role Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bombay Road Howrah (Srijan Industrial Logistics Park) , responsible for leading the overall financial strategy and operations of Vedika Metals Pvt. Ltd. The CFO will oversee financial planning and budgeting, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.



Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, supervising accounting and finance teams, managing banking and investor relationships, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and taxation requirements. The role also involves supporting strategic decision-making, evaluating business risks and prospects, optimizing capital structure, and implementing robust internal controls and financial systems to support the company’s trading activities.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to oversee corporate finance activities and support strategic business decisions.
Proficiency in Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy development.
Experience in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
