Role Description
This is a full time, in office Call Agent role based in Chennai. The Call Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to patient and provider inquiries, and provide clear information about services, appointments, and basic procedures. The role involves accurately documenting call details in internal systems, updating records, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams when needed. The Call Agent will follow prescribed scripts and guidelines, maintain confidentiality,



and adhere to company standards for call quality and customer service. The position requires working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet performance targets and support daily operational needs.

Qualifications
Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to speak clearly and professionally in English and local languages.
Customer service mindset, including patience, empathy, and the ability to handle high call volumes and challenging conversations.
Basic computer literacy and ability to work with call center software, CRM tools, and electronic records.
Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills to ensure reliable documentation of calls and customer information.
Ability to follow processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines, especially in a healthcare-related environment.
Prior experience in a call center, customer support, or healthcare support role is an advantage but not mandatory.
