Role Description
The Director of Operations is a full time, in office role based in Kottayam, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring that projects and services run efficiently across all departments. This role involves managing workflows, optimizing processes, coordinating cross-functional teams,
and aligning operations with strategic business goals. The Director of Operations will monitor performance metrics, manage budgets and resource allocation, and maintain quality standards in service delivery. The role includes working closely with leadership to support growth initiatives, improve customer experience, and ensure that operational practices scale with the company’s AI-driven offerings. The Director will also be expected to mentor team leads, implement best practices, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Robust Operations Management skills, including process optimization, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting data-informed decision-making.
Proven Team Management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
