Role Description
The BDE – HoReCa role at ChillFill Foods is a full time, in office position based in Pune. The role involves identifying and developing current business opportunities within the HoReCa segment, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs, caterers, and institutional clients. The BDE will conduct regular market visits,



build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, and present tailored product solutions based on customer requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, product sampling and demonstrations, negotiation of pricing and contracts, order follow-ups, and coordination with internal supply chain and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and account management. The role also includes tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends and competition, and providing feedback to marketing and product teams to support growth in assigned territories.

Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in HoReCa, food service, FMCG, or frozen foods.
Strong relationship-building and client management abilities, with a focus on key accounts and institutional buyers.
Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at
