Job Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day book-keeping and accounting records
Handle debit/credit entries, purchase & sales entries
Manage inward and outward transactions
Maintain and update inventory records and stock registers
Record stock inward, outward, transfers and adjustments
Reconcile physical stock with accounting/inventory records
Coordinate with purchase, sales and warehouse teams for stock-related documentation
Track inventory movement, purchase quantities and stock balances
Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
Handle payments, receipts and bank-related accounting
Assist with GST filing and other tax-related filings
Maintain proper accounting, inventory and statutory documentation
Prepare weekly accounts, inventory and MIS reports
Maintain ledgers and ensure accurate accounting entries
Support audit and compliance requirements
Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / Commerce background preferred
Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime
Knowledge of Debit/Credit, Ledger & BRS
Basic knowledge of GST and tax filings
Understanding of inventory and stock accounting
Positive knowledge of MS Excel
Solid documentation and record-keeping skills
Positive attention to detail and accuracy
Fresher or relevant experience can apply
