Role Description
The Process Audit Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing and improving operational processes across residential development projects.



The role includes planning and conducting process audits for key functions such as project execution, quality control, compliance, and safety, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements (including BDA/BMRDA guidelines). The Process Audit Manager will analyze workflows, identify risks and gaps, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and follow up on implementation to drive continuous improvement. Day-to-day tasks include preparing audit plans and reports, collaborating with project managers and functional heads, developing or updating standard operating procedures, and training teams on process compliance and best practices. The role also involves monitoring performance indicators, supporting management in decision-making, and contributing to overall operational excellence within KNS Infrastructure.
