About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. This role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment activities across client assignments.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and assess suitability, interest, and availability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers and databases.
Support the recruitment team with job postings, candidate follow-ups, and recruitment administration.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Preferred Profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
Interest in recruitment, talent sourcing, or human resources.
Prior experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is an advantage.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a rapid-paced workplace.
